Ingredients
One dose of the nasal spray contains 150 micrograms of vitamin B12. This is equivalent to 5400% of the recommended daily allowance (RDA). The recommended dosage of Pronofit B12 is no more than one spray per day.

Use
Gently blow your nose before administration; Remove the cap and hold the nasal spray loosely between your thumb and forefinger; Before first use, spray once into the open air to remove air bubbles from the pump system; Then, with one finger, close one nostril and tilt your head slightly forward (see illustration); Insert the nozzle up to 1 cm into the open nostril and breathe out slowly through your mouth; Then, while breathing in slowly through your open nostril, press the spray pump; After this, keep your head tilted and breathe calmly through your mouth for 10 to 20 seconds. This ensures that the nasal spray makes optimal contact with the nasal mucosa; Clean the nebulizer after use with lukewarm water and/or rubbing alcohol to prevent contamination;
