Compound
One dose of the nasal spray contains 150 micrograms of vitamin B12. This is equivalent to 5400% of the recommended daily allowance (RDA). The recommended dosage of Pronofit B12 is no more than one spray per day.

Usage
Blow your nose gently before administration;
Remove the cap and hold the nasal spray loosely between your thumb and index finger
Before first use, spray once into the open space to remove air bubbles from the pump system;
Then, hold one nostril closed with one finger and tilt your head forward slightly (see illustration);
Insert the nosepiece 1 cm into the open nostril and exhale calmly through the mouth;
Then, while breathing in calmly through your open nostril, press the spray pump;
Then, keep your head tilted and breathe calmly through your mouth for 10 to 20 seconds. This ensures that the nasal spray comes into optimal contact with the nasal mucosa.
After use, clean the nebulizer with lukewarm water and/or rubbing alcohol to prevent contamination;
