Folic acid (methylfolate)
Folic acid (methylfolate) contains the recommended level of 400µg as prescribed by the Health Council, in its most natural biological form to support proper absorption by the body. Folic acid contributes to the growth and development of the baby during pregnancy.

Bones and muscles
- Vitamin D and calcium support the maintenance of normal bones and muscle functions.

Heart
- Vitamin B1 supports the normal function of the heart.

Formation of blood cells
- Iron contributes to the normal formation of red blood cells and haemoglobin.

Fatigue
- Iron, magnesium and vitamin B2 contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Brain
- Vitamin B5 contributes to normal mental performance and Magnesium is good for memory and normal psychological functions.

Usage
Take two capsules once a day, preferably in the morning after breakfast.

Not suitable for children under 18 years.
Do not use if packaging foil is broken.
