Folic Acid (methylfolate) - Folic Acid (Methylfolate) contains the level of 400µg recommended by the Health Council, in its most natural biological form to support good absorption by the body. Folic acid contributes to the growth and development of the baby during pregnancy. Cell Division - This is a period of rapid growth. Vitamin B12 plays a role in the process of cell division. Bones - Calcium and Vitamin D play an important role in the baby's bone formation. Hormonal Activity - Vitamin B6 contributes to the regulation of hormonal activity. Energy Support - Vitamin B1 activates the natural energy in the body. Fatigue - Iron, Magnesium and Vitamin B2 contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Usage
Take two capsules once daily. Preferably take in the morning after breakfast. Not suitable for children under 18 years. Do not use if the foil of the packaging is broken.
