Usage
Women (blister women): Take two capsules once a day, preferably in the morning after a meal.
Men (blister men): Take two capsules once a day, preferably in the morning after a meal.

Not suitable for children under 18 years.
Contains iron. Do not use if the foil on the packaging is broken.
