Usage
Preparation: Soak overnight and then bring to a boil for 2 minutes. Drain and simmer over low heat for 40 to 60 minutes in water with aromatic herbs and kombu seaweed.

Soak the lingot beans overnight. Rinse the beans and place them in a pot with cold water. Bring the beans to a boil and cook for 1 minute. Drain the water (this step helps ensure proper digestion). Bring the beans back to a boil in plenty of water and simmer for 40 to 60 minutes. Add herbs or kombu seaweed to the cooking water, if desired.
