Directions for use

Soak overnight. Rinse, place in a pot with cold water, bring to a boil for 2 minutes, then drain (this step helps ensure the beans are well digested). Cover and continue to cook in a large amount of water for 40 to 60 minutes. You can add herbs or kombu seaweed to the cooking water. Serve hot as a side dish or cold as a salad.
