For this organic, whole-wheat macaroni, Priméal uses 100% French durum wheat. The durum wheat is organically grown in the Camargue region of southwestern France. The wheat is processed into semolina by one of France's oldest semouliers, and then Priméal makes its own pasta using a traditional low-temperature drying process.
