Use
Ground into flour, this legume is easily added to your savory or sweet recipes. Lupin flour has a yellow color and has the advantage of being used as a partial egg substitute in recipes such as brioches or cakes; it can even completely replace eggs in some dishes (terrines and vegetable burgers, high-protein cookies, pie crusts,...). Thanks to its binding power, lupin flour is also recommended for making sauces.
