Usage
Rinse 1 portion of lentils, place them in a pan of cold water, bring to the boil for 1 minute and then drain (this step ensures good digestion of the lentils).
Continue cooking in 1 full pan of water over low heat for 15 min.
Add herbs or kombu seaweed to the cooking water, if desired. Serve warm as a side dish or cold in a salad.
