Instructions for use
Rinse the buckwheat briefly and bring 1 volume of it to a boil with 2 times as much water. Simmer gently for 10 minutes with a lid on the pan, then let rest for another 5 minutes. Drain carefully and serve warm with a knob of butter, or as a side dish with vegetables.
