Usage
Serves 4: 2 glasses of the mixture (approx. 200 grams). Bring a large amount of salted water to a boil and add the mixture. Then simmer for 10 minutes over low heat. Drain and serve plain, with a drizzle of olive oil or a knob of butter. Serve as a warm side dish or cold in a salad.
