Priméal Crushed spelt bulgur has undergone a unique process inspired by traditional cuisine. Whole grains are steamed, dried, and ground. This allows you to taste the nutritional qualities and delicious flavour of spelt by cooking it for only 10 minutes. To promote local agriculture, Priméal has selected spelt grown in France. Source of fibre and protein.

Usage
Add 1 portion of bulgur to 2 volumes of water. Bring to a boil, then cover and simmer over low heat until all the water has been absorbed (approximately 10 min.). At the end of the cooking process, remove from heat and let rest for 5 min. with the lid closed. Season to taste. To be consumed hot as a side dish or cold in a salad.
