Primavera Spearmint organic
Spearmint is a perennial medicinal and aromatic herb that prefers temperate climates. Spearmint can grow up to 80 cm tall and has intensely fragrant leaves. It is used to flavor chewing gum, candy, and oral care products. In natural medicine, spearmint is used for stomach, cold, and muscle problems.

Usage
For aromatic skincare. Maximum 1 drop in 50 ml of organic Primavera almond oil.
Diffuser: Start with 5 to 7 drops per 200 ml. You can add more or less and adjust the dosage to your personal preference.
