Cardamom is an herbaceous plant that thrives in the humid mountain forests of India and Sri Lanka at altitudes of 750 to 1000 meters. Cardamom is a perennial plant growing up to 4 meters tall with large, lance-shaped leaves and camphor-scented fruits that are harvested from October to December. It is one of the oldest spices in the world. In natural medicine, it is used for digestive and urinary tract problems and for oral hygiene; in cuisine, its fruit capsules and seeds are used in curry spices, chai tea, Arabic mocha, Christmas cookies, and liqueurs.

Usage
Facial care: add a maximum of 10 drops to 50 ml of organic carrier oil.Diffuser: start with 5 to 7 drops per 200 ml. You can add more or less and adjust it entirely to your personal preference.
