Eucalyptus essential oil encourages conscious breathing and gives you a pleasant feeling of breathing freely. Spruce essential oil strengthens and revitalizes. As a bath additive, for example, mixed with salt, the fragrance blend unfolds its beneficial effects. An aroma bath warms the body for a long time and gives you renewed strength. The ideal bath temperature is 35-38°C.

Usage
For a full bath, mix a maximum of 10 drops of the fragrance blend with 3 tablespoons of sea salt and add this to the already running bath water.
TIP: Mix a liberating and strengthening body oil for your children. For children under 6, add 3 to 4 drops to 50 ml of organic almond oil.
