Maltodextrin, fructose, acid: citric acid, natural flavouring, potassium chloride*, magnesium citrate*, sodium chloride*, sweetener: sucralose. *electrolytes: potassium, magnesium, chloride, sodium.
Usage
Drink small amounts every 15 to 20 minutes before and during exercise. The guideline is 500 ml per hour.
Directions: Dissolve 30g of powder (1 scoop) in 500ml of water. Shake well, add ice cubes if desired, and you're done.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Do not use this product during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
