Usage
Use the 3-Seaweed Mix soaked or roasted in salads or cooked in soups, egg dishes, croquettes, sauces, mashed potatoes, and pies. It's also delicious as a garnish for fish and seafood or added to rice and pasta dishes.
Soak in plenty of water for 5 minutes. Drain the water and let the mixture soak for another 5 minutes. The 3-Seaweed Mix will increase in weight by 6 times.
Recommended amount: up to 5 grams per day.
