Usage
For the binding and thickening of food.

For direct consumption: add to warm water, 30 minutes for high-fiber preparations, 2-3 hours for gel-like preparations.

To thicken: cook in boiling water for 4 minutes, stirring, until dissolved.
Gel formation occurs upon cooling and it retains its texture at room temperature.
