Usage
Prior preparation is required in three steps: Dissolve in hot water and boil, stirring vigorously until completely dissolved. Gelation occurs upon cooling, and it maintains its texture at room temperature. Very soft texture 0.8 g / 500 ml. Soft texture 1.5 g / 500 ml. Hard texture 5 g / 500 ml.
