How to insert Pluggerz earplugs?This package contains 2 sizes of Pluggerz earplugs. First, try inserting the large earplug into your ear according to the instructions below. If the large earplug is difficult to insert or does not feel comfortable, you can try the smaller earplug. 1 Check that the Pluggerz are clean and undamaged before use. 2 Grasp the top of your auricle and pull it up and back. 3 Place the hearing protector in the ear canal so that it fits comfortably and seals the ear well. 4 Release the auricle and press the hearing protector again.
