Directions for use
How do you insert Pluggerz earplugs?
This package contains two sizes of Pluggerz earplugs. First, try inserting the large earplug according to the instructions below. If the large earplug is difficult to insert or feels uncomfortable, you can try the smaller earplug.

1 Before use, check that the Pluggerz are clean and undamaged.
2 Grab the top of your earcup and pull it up and back.
3 Place the hearing protector in the ear canal so that it fits comfortably and seals well around the ear.
4 Release the auricle and press the hearing protector again.
