Instructions for use
Relieve a blocked nose: spray only 1 second into each nostril, 2 to 3 times a day. Before use: check that the nasal spray is working correctly. Adult supervision is recommended for use in children. Directions for use Tilt your head to one side. Gently insert the spray with attachment into the upper nostril and press firmly once for ONLY 1 second. Leave to act for a few seconds.
