Ingredients
Evening primrose oil* (42%), borage oil* (42%), antioxidant: mixed tocopherols, capsule: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose. *organic cultivation

Use
2 x 1 capsule per day. To be taken with meals with some water. For PMS: take during the 2nd phase of the cycle.
