water, silicic acid, silicon (from common nettle (Urtica dioica)), horsetail (Equisetum arvense), flavourings, stabilizer: phosphoric acid.
Usage
>50 years: 45 ml per day for 5 days, then 15 ml per day for 3 months, repeat if necessary.
Avoid contact with glass.
