Ingredients
lithothamnium (53.8%), bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium salt of citric acid, bamboo extract (7.7%), glazing agent: stearic acid, L-ascorbic acid, zinc bisglycinate, gelling agent: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, colour: calcium carbonate, cholecalciferol, menaquinone, emulsifier: polyethylene glycol, manganese citrate.

Instructions for use
1 to 2 tablets per day. To be taken with a meal with some water

Not suitable for persons taking coumarin anticoagulants.
