Ingredients
lithothamium (53.8%), bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium salt of citric acid, bamboo extract (7.7%), glazing agent: stearic acid, L-ascorbic acid, zinc bisglycina at, gelling agent: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, color: calcium carbonate, cholecalciferol, menaquinone, emulsifier: polyethylene glycol, manganese citrate.

Usage
1 to 2 tablets per day.
To be taken with a meal and some water

Storage instructions
Not suitable for persons taking coumarin anticoagulants.
