Ingredients
FISH oil, FISH gelatine, gelling agent: glycerol, borage oil, sea buckthorn oil, fat extract from the SHELLFISH Antarctic krill (Euphausia superba), pomegranate seed

Usage
1 to 2 capsules per day. To be taken with breakfast with some water.Consult your doctor or pharmacist in case of concomitant use of anticoagulants.
