Ingredients
FISH oil, FISH gelatin, gelling agent: glycerol, D-alpha tocopheryl acetate.

Usage
Heart function: 1 capsule per day
Eye and brain development of fetus and infants: 2 capsules per day***
Brain function & vision: 3 capsules per day
***The beneficial effect is obtained with an intake of at least 200 mg DHA in addition to the daily requirement of 250 mg EPA + DHA.

Consult your doctor if you are using anticoagulants at the same time.
The daily intake of EPA + DHA should not exceed 5 g.

To be taken during meals with some water.
