Use
2 to 3 x 20 - 30 drops per day. To be taken with some water.Green tea:Maximum ECGC dose is 800 mg per day. Do not consume on an empty stomach or in combination with other green tea products.Not suitable for children under 18, during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
