Oral: 1 to 2 x daily 1 drop. To be taken diluted in a spoonful of honey or in a herbal infusion. Skin: massage: 5 to 10 drops per 10 ml of vegetable oil. Naturally contains: d-limonene, linalool Diffusion: 5 to 10 drops depending on your preference or the size of the room. Safe use: read the enclosed leaflet carefully!
