Usage
Oral use: 1 to 2 drops twice a day. Dilute with a spoonful of honey or add to an herbal infusion.

Skin: massage, bath: 5 to 10 drops per 10 ml of vegetable oil.

Diffusing: 5 to 10 drops depending on your preference or the size of the room.
