Usage Oral use: 1 to 2 drops twice a day. Dilute with a spoonful of honey or add to a cup of tea.
Skin: Massage, bath: 5 to 10 drops per 10 ml of vegetable oil.
Never apply undiluted to skin.
Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes.
Diffusing: 5 to 10 drops depending on your taste or the size of the room.
Storage instructions Do not use during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
Not recommended for infants.
