Physalis Ashwagandha forte bio contains a premium ashwagandha or Indian ginseng extract, KSM-66®. Over a decade of research has resulted in an ashwagandha extract highly standardized on withanolides (>5%), yet retaining the ratios found in nature. It is the world's most studied and safest broad-spectrum ashwagandha extract.

Usage
1 tablet per day. Take with a meal and some water.
