Melatonin	0.1 mg

Ingredients
Sweetener: mannitol, dicalcium phosphate, bulking agents: microcrystalline cellulose and silicon dioxide, anti-caking agent: magnesium stearate, melatonin.

Usage
The recommended dosage is 1 tablet, up to a maximum of 2 tablets.
Take the tablet 2 hours before bedtime. For adults and children 3 years and older.

Excessive use may have a laxative effect.
Consult your doctor or pharmacist if use during pregnancy and breastfeeding due to insufficient data.

Store at room temperature.
