Ingredients
Flax seed oil (Linum usitatissimum) ALA, capsule shell (gelatin), humectant (glycerol, purified water), red yeast rice extract (monascus purpureus), coenzyme Q10 (biquinone), color (iron oxide).

Usage
1 capsule 3 times a day, unless otherwise advised.

- Not to be consumed by pregnant or breastfeeding women, children under 18 years of age and adults over 70 years of age
- Consult a doctor before consuming this product if you experience any health problems.
- Should not be consumed if you are taking cholesterol lowering medications
- Should not be consumed if you are already using other products containing red yeast rice.
