Ingredients
Calcium carbonate, sweeteners: sorbitol, xylitol, anti-caking agent: polyvinyl pyrrolidone, magnesium salts of fatty acids, glazing agent: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, flavour enhancer: peppermint powder, firming agent: silicon dioxide, menaquinone (vitamin K2), phytomenadione (vitamin K1), cholecalciferol (vitamin D3).

Usage
1 tablet per day, unless otherwise advised. 2 tablets per day for children up to 6 years old, pregnant women and seniors over 60 years old. Preferably take before sleep. The tablet can be chewed or swallowed whole.
