Ingredients
Capsule ingredients: Palm oil, capsule shell: bovine gelatin, humectants: glycerol, purified water Coenzyme Q10 (ubidecarenone), colour: ammonia caramel, Pinus pinaster A (Pycnogenol®), vitamin D (cholecalciferol). Tablet ingredients: Potassium (Potassium chloride), bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose, anti-caking agents: tricalcium phosphate, magnesium salts of fatty acids, glazing agents: calcium carbonate, hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose.

Usage
2 capsules and 1 tablet per day, unless otherwise advised.
Preferably take whole during/after a meal.
