Peppermint oil, menthol and chlorophyll
Usage
Adults and children aged 12 years and over: Take 2 drops in lukewarm water or tea 1-3 times a day or put 2 drops on the wrist of your hand 1-3 times a day, lick it off and inhale deeply.
Dosage and use
Bad breath: Place 1 – 2 drops on the tongue mixed with saliva, then swallow.
Inhalation for a stuffy nose and airways: Put 1 – 3 drops in a glass of hot water, inhale the steam thoroughly and then drink the water in small sips.
Steam bath: 2-3 times a day, add 5 drops to a bowl of hot water, place your head over the water, and cover your head with a cloth. Inhale as a steam bath for 5-10 minutes (eyes closed). Use an inhaler if necessary.
Sauna / bath: 5 – 10 drops on the stones or in the water has a very refreshing effect.
Sensitive muscles and stiff muscles: rub the sensitive areas several times a day with 5 drops of oil and keep warm.
Stimulate energy channels: massage the energy channels (known in acupuncture as meridians) with a few drops of oil, e.g. the forehead in case of tension and pressure on the head.
Children from 2 to 12 years:
Place a small saucer with 2-3 drops of Oriental oil on the bedroom dresser. For easier breathing, rub a few drops on your chest, or place a towel with a few drops on your pillow before bed. A few drops on a handkerchief also provide quick relief.
Do not give undiluted Oriental Oil to children and infants under 2 years of age or bring them into direct contact with Oriental Oil.
There are no known negative effects of using Oriental oil during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
