Composition

Composition per daily dose of 0.25 ml:

Oleum Menthae pip. (peppermint oil) of which 55% Menthol	250 mg
Chlorophyll (Chlorophyll oil, fat-free)	12.5 mcg

Directions for use
Adults and children from 12 years: Take 2 drops in lukewarm water or tea 1-3 times daily, or place 2 drops on the wrist, lick it off, and inhale deeply 1-3 times daily.Dosage and useBad breath: Mix 1-2 drops on the tongue with saliva, then swallow.Inhalation for stuffy nose and airways: Add 1-3 drops to a glass of hot water, inhale the steam deeply, then drink the water in small sips.Steam bath: 2-3 times a day, add 5 drops to a bowl of hot water, place head over it and cover head with a towel. Inhale as a steam bath for 5-10 minutes (eyes closed). Optionally use an inhaler.Sauna / bath: 5-10 drops on the stones or in the water is very invigorating.Sensitive muscles and stiff muscles: Rub the sensitive areas with 5 drops of oil several times a day and keep warm.Stimulating energy channels: Massage the energy channels (known in acupuncture as meridians) with a few drops of oil, e.g., the forehead for tension and pressure on the head.Children from 2 to 12 years:Place a saucer with 2-3 drops of Orient oil on the cabinet in the bedroom. To relieve breathing, rub a few drops on the chest, or place a towel with a few drops on the pillow before going to sleep. A few drops on a handkerchief also provide quick relief.Do not give undiluted Orient oil to children and infants under 2 years, or bring them into direct contact with Orient oil.No negative effects are known when using Orient oil during pregnancy and breastfeeding.Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
