Organic sunflower seeds
Sprouted sunflower seeds have a characteristic nutty flavor. The seeds are excellent in salads or with cold pasta. We recommend removing the black seed pods before eating!

Usage
Cover a saucer or similar item with a layer of unscented zigzag cotton wool and moisten it.
Squeeze out most of the water (hold the saucer at an angle) to create an even surface.
Spread 1 - 2 tablespoons of seeds over this and press it down well.
Avoid letting the seeds lie on top of each other.
Place the saucer at room temperature.
Provide sufficient daylight, but do not place it in full sun.
Only after the seeds have germinated should you ensure that the cotton wool layer remains moist for the remainder of the growing period (see sticker).
When the growing period has elapsed, cut off the required portion of sprouts.
Any remainder can be left at room temperature.
