Usage
DISH METHOD:
1. Cover a dish or plate with a layer of zigzag cotton wool or other suitable surface and moisten it.
Squeeze out most of the water (hold the saucer at an angle) to create an even surface.
2. Spread 2 to 3 teaspoons of seeds over the top. Avoid stacking the seeds on top of each other, as seed piles can form clumps. Press the seeds down lightly.
3. Place the saucer at room temperature. Provide plenty of daylight, but avoid direct sunlight to prevent drying out.
TIP: By stretching a piece of cling film over the edges of the saucer, you create a microclimate, and it doesn't require any maintenance for the first two days.
It will then germinate by itself and it cannot dry out.
4. Ensure that the cotton wool layer remains moist, but not too wet, throughout the entire cultivation period (see sealing sticker).
This can be done initially with a plant sprayer, but from the moment the sprouts are about a centimetre long, it is better to carefully flood the saucer with water.
Then drain off the excess water by tilting the saucer.
5. Once the growing time is up, cut off the remaining sprouts as close to the ground as possible. They are now ready to eat. The saucer containing the remaining sprouts can be stored at room temperature. Make sure it doesn't dry out.
Growing time +/- 6 days.

Store dry, closed and in the dark.
