How to use Pedifresh in the preventive phase?

After completing phase 1, you should spray Pedifresh prevention phase once a week under your feet and in your shoes to prevent foot odor from returning. Let this dry thoroughly.
If, for any reason, symptoms return, repeat Pedifresh treatment phase 1.

Usage
How to use Pedifresh 2?
Use Pedifresh® prevention phase 2 as follows to inhibit odor-causing bacteria. Do the following once a week:

- Wash your feet and dry them well.
- Use Pedifresh 2 Prevention phase:
- Spray 1-2 times on the top of each foot and 3-4 times on the sole of each foot.
- Make sure that some Pedifresh also gets between your toes.
- Spray 1-2 times in each shoe.

Then let this dry thoroughly.
