Usage
Fluoride toothpaste with gum care for daily tooth cleaning

Directions for use
Brush twice a day and no more than three times, swallow as little as possible and spit out. Not suitable for children under 12 years of age, unless advised by a doctor or dentist. Consult a dentist if symptoms persist in adults or for children with bleeding gums.
