Paleo Minerals Magnesium Bath Crystals are the purest magnesium salt available from a natural source. Paleo Minerals magnesium flakes are ideal for transdermal magnesium absorption. Their unique composition has a positive and purifying effect on several skin conditions, particularly all forms of psoriasis, eczema, and fungal infections. Usage
Use Paleo Minerals Magnesium Bath Crystals in bathwater or a foot bath. The active ingredient is 3%. Add approximately 50 grams of magnesium flakes to every liter of water. In a standard bath, use 3.5 kg of magnesium flakes. Bathing in the magnesium crystals is best done at a water temperature slightly higher than your body temperature. The bathing time should ideally last approximately 15-20 minutes. For psoriasis and eczema, bathe approximately 2-3 times a week. After two weeks, you can expect a significant improvement in your skin condition. In most cases, a significant improvement is achieved after two months. If the desired result is achieved after two months, bathe once a week as a maintenance dose. This is to prevent recurrence of skin inflammation. After bathing, you can shower and dry yourself with a soft towel if necessary.
Storage advice
