Otricare Baby aspirator nose cleaner

Nasal suctioning is recommended for any blocked nose your baby has and this is so
often as needed and especially before your baby's meal or bedtime. This product helps
to clean your baby's nose by gently removing nasal mucus.
Easy and hygienic to use. Otrivin Baby Aspirator helps your baby breathe normally,
to eat, sleep and feel better again.
Clearing nasal mucus helps prevent further complications such as ear infections (otitis),
prevent sinus infections (sinusitis) or coughs. It also improves
quality of baby's sleep during a cold.
You can also use Otrivin Baby Aspirator after a saline or seawater solution for
the nose such as Otrivin Baby Monodose, Otrivin Baby Saline Solution. It makes it
easier to remove nasal mucus from the child's nose and clears the nose.

What is this medicine used for?
Nose aspirator for babies, infants and children.

Directions for use
1. Wash your hands thoroughly before using Otrivin Baby Aspirator.

2. Place a soft nose plug over the central portion of the device. Do not use used nose plugs.

3. Place the mouthpiece in your mouth (parent, caregiver) and the end of the nose plug (A) in one of your baby's nostrils. For best results, it's recommended to close the other nostril while suctioning.

4. Suck gently, slowly and regularly through the mouthpiece.

5. If the nose plug becomes full during suction, replace the nose plug.

6. Repeat these steps in the other nostril.

7. Cleaning instructions
Remove the used nose tip. Wipe the outside of the mouthpiece with a clean, warm, water-soaked tissue. Dry the outside of the mouthpiece with a tissue. ONLY if there is nasal mucus in the main part: detach the main part from the plastic tube.
Rinse the central part with warm water and let it drain
Let it dry before reattaching the hose. Wash your hands thoroughly.

Aspirator: polypropylene, styrene-ethylene-butylene-styrene, silicone. Nose cap: PVC and melamine foam.

Warnings
Use only Otrivin Baby Disposable Caps with the Otrivin Baby Aspirator.
Consult a doctor before using Otrivin Baby Aspirator after an injury or recent
nose surgery.
Do not use if you are hypersensitive to any of the materials.

Do not use broken or damaged product. Do not use used or damaged
nose plug or a nose plug with a missing or damaged filter.
Use the product when your baby is lying down in a calm position. The mouthpiece should
held firmly between the lips.

Storage advice
Do not store below 0°C or above 30°C. Do not use after the expiry date stated
stated on the packaging.
Store in the original packaging.
