Ingredients
Magnesium bisglycinate, fillers (microcrystalline cellulose and rice starch), taurine, anti-caking agents (stearic acid, silicon dioxide and magnesium salts of fatty acids), emulsifier (glyceryl dibehenate), pyridoxal-5"-phosphate.

Usage
2 tablets per day during a meal or with water. This food supplement is not suitable for children up to and including 3 years of age.
