Ingredients
California poppy extract, valerian extract, hops extract, passion flower extract, lemon balm extract, glycine, l-tryptophan, magnesium, filler: maltodextrin, anti-caking agents: magnesium silicate, colloidal silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate, binding agent: acacia gum, vegetable capsule: hypromellose.

Usage
1 to 2 capsules in the evening before bedtime.
