Usage
Take 2 capsules half an hour before bedtime, preferably with fruit juice. The maximum dosage is 4 capsules unless otherwise advised.
Do not use if you are under 4 years of age, pregnant or breastfeeding, in combination with pharmaceutical antidepressants, if you have heart problems or in combination with migraine medications.
