Ingredients Minerals, vitamins, bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose), para-aminobenzoic acid, alpha-lipoic acid, quercetin, citrus bioflavonoids, anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide), vegetarian capsule (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose).
Usage Recommended maintenance dosage: 1 capsule once a day, preferably taken with a meal.
