Moondance no.1 is used in conjunction with Moondance no.2. No.1 is used in the first part of the cycle and no.2 in the second part.

Chinese Angelica/Dong Quai extract

Chasteberry extract.......................100 mg

Licorice extract..............................100 mg
(Glycyrrhiza glabra)
Borago officinalis oil.........................117 mg
(provides 10 mg. Gamma-linolenic acid)

Ingredients
Chinese angelica, chasteberry extract, licorice extract, borage off. oil, cellulose (filler), cellulose derivative (v-caps), silicon dioxide, herbs.

Usage
1 capsule once daily, preferably with a meal. The maximum dosage is 1 capsule, unless otherwise advised. Do not use in children under 12 years of age or during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Contains licorice - people with high blood pressure should avoid excessive use.
