Usage
Recommended dosage: 1 capsule twice a day, preferably taken half an hour before eating or going to sleep.
The maximum dosage is 4 capsules, unless otherwise advised.
Do not use during pregnancy, breastfeeding, in combination with pharmaceutical antidepressants, in case of heart complaints, in combination with medications for migraine.
