Usage
Dissolve 1 measuring spoon (enclosed) in water twice a day and take it half an hour before eating or going to sleep.
Maintenance dose: 1 scoop once daily, equivalent to a 30-day treatment. The maximum dose is 4 scoops, unless otherwise advised.
